Tony Dennis aka Tape Deck Art is a British contemporary artist with a passion for music and design who paints and creates giant 3D pin badges.
Named after Eric B and Rakim’s iconic 1987 debut album, Paid in Full, this piece pays homage to the hip hop legends that define the genre, from LL Cool J and Sugarhill Gang, to Queen Latifah and N.W.A. Â
The mixed media artwork has been carefully crafted to recreate the types of badges you would buy back in the day. Each of the badges within the artwork is printed onto vinyl and wrapped onto a hand-spun aluminium badge, hand-finished, powder-coated in epoxy resin and polished.
This hand-finished original piece is signed by the artist.
Please note: Each badge is bespoke, as such there will be a minimum wait time of three weeks from ordering.
