British contemporary artist Ryan Callanan AKA RYCA is known for entertaining artworks that play with motifs from popular culture, be that music, film or sweary sayings that have made it into the modern vernacular.
In Speckle LP, RYCA offers a new take on his all-time favourite motif – the smiley face, applying a speckle paint effect to his grinning acid man.
This original piece is created from spray paint, resin and acrylic. It comes mounted in a metal frame and signed by the artist.
