British artist and social media sensation, Arron Crascall, is known for abstract artworks of cultural icons surrounded by clouds of colour and text. He has created Sick of It especially for his 2022 Private View at Enter Gallery’s London Pop-up at the Truman Brewery.
Before Crascall starts any painting, he paints how he is feeling at the time directly onto the canvas and then paints over it. In this latest series, he’s decided to switch things up. He explains:
“For this series of three paintings, I’ve done things the other way round. I’ve painted the canvas first and then put wording over the top – just to give people a little glimpse into the madness really.”
This is a hand-finished original piece created with spray paint and acrylic on canvas. It comes signed by the artist.
