Mr Preston is an illustrator and one of the UK’s most prominent tattoo artists. His work combines macabre imagery and black humour with themes of classical philosophy, existentialism and suburban ennui.
In Natural Death, Mr Preston offers his interpretation of a momento mori, combining a skull, an eye and a tree trunk cut down in its prime, to remind us of the fragility of life.
Created using Indian Ink on a skateboard deck, this original piece is signed by the artist.
