In her second collection, Boom Selection, street artist, Kid-B has continued to pay homage to her musical heroes. The collection is a celebration of UK garage, and even its title is a nod to the genre, borrowing it from the track of the same name by Genius Cru. The lyrics used for this piece come from garage classic, ‘A Little Bit of Luck’ by DJ Luck and MC Neat.
Kid-B’s typography-focused work is a fusion of Street Art and Pop Art sensibilities, characterised by bold graphics, and loud, colourful palettes.
