Dirty Hans is a painter and illustrator specialising in high impact contemporary urban art. His work fuses Pop Art sensibilities with realism, and borrows imagery from popular culture to create fun pieces which evoke a sense of time and place.

Royal Charade has been created to honour the Queen’s Jubilee. It is available exclusively at Enter Gallery until Saturday 11^{th June.}

The colourful piece depicts The Royal Guard, proudly sporting their bearskin hats while performing outside Buckingham Palace. The artwork features a number of subtle nods to the Queen, including her beloved corgis and members (past and present) of the Royal Family.

This artwork is a prime example of Hans’ oeuvre, in that he packs in unexpected tiny details, guaranteeing you spot something new on every glance.
