In Queen of Space, Greek contemporary artist Fei Alexeli, takes us on a voyage into the cosmos, via her unique, escapist brand of photo-montage and digital manipulation.
Speaking of the futuristic world s that she creates, Alexeli comments: I m interested in creating utopian microcosms and parallel universes. I like to bring a touch of surrealism in everyday life and create a dialogue between fiction and reality, to make collages that manufacture their own reality. [My art] can be considered an escape from our own reality.
