For Lovers is a limited edition print of 30. A signature monochrome print with a collar of gold leaf around their pinchers. The symbolism of ownership, of expense is the rub of the human value placed on these intelligent creatures as they placed into boiling water to be eaten. Waggett is asking us to take responsibility for earth’s creatures not to place value on them but to cherish them.
