Carpefuckindiem Green, Black Ornate Frame Supply

Ryan Callanan AKA Ryca is known for his fun artworks that combine techniques and typography used in old-fashioned pub signage with motifs from popular culture. Via his prints and signage, Callanan s aim is to establish the aesthetic of old-fashioned signage as an art form.

To create Carpefuckindiem, the artist carves his chosen phrase into the wood, which he then hand-finishes with 23ct gold leaf. Next, he applies a silkscreen print to the glass to enhance the 3D effect.

From a limited edition of 15, the piece is signed by the artist on the back.
