Sarah Morris is a British-American artist and filmmaker best-known for geometric paintings portraying cities inspired by the politics, psychology and architecture of each location.
Lunar is a series of 12 screenprints portraying the Lunar cycle during the year 2020. Morris sees the work as a calendar or diary of the global pandemic, when time seemed to lose all meaning. This set of 12 silkscreen prints features 53 different colours.
From a limited edition of 68, each print is signed and numbered by the artist on the reverse.
