This piece is from street artist Kid-B s debut collection, In The Beginning , which celebrates the birth of Drum and Bass and Jungle music in the 1990s. Even the collection s name is a nod to the rave scene, originating from a sample in DJ Hype s Closer to God track. The lyrics selected for this artwork are from dancefloor banger, The Sound of Music , released by Nookie in 1995.

Kid-B s typography-focused work is a fusion of Street Art and Pop Art sensibilities, characterised by bold graphics, and loud, colourful palettes. Each piece creates a sense of wonderful nostalgia for the music lover, whisking us away to the dance floors we bounced around to these tracks back in the day.
