Since his career began in the 1950s, Sir Peter Blake has been prolific, creating paintings, collage, typography and more inspired by his fascination with popular culture. Blake’s impact as the face of contemporary art is so significant, he is now known as the ‘Godfather of Pop Art.’

This piece hails from Blake’s 1991 Alphabet series, in which he uses the letters of the alphabet to depict his pop art inspirations.

Here, Blake depicts the alphabet using a nursery rhyme, revealing his enduring fascination with childhood nostalgia.

This silkscreen print is from a limited edition of 95, signed and numbered by the artist.

Please note, this piece comes framed in a 25mm black box frame with regular glass.
