This silkscreen print is from Peter Blake s 1991 Alphabet Series, which is inspired by people and objects who have made their mark on British popular leisure culture.
Widely considered to be one of his finest series of work, the collection epitomises Blake s signature style, namely the use of found imagery sourced from magazines, postcards and other popular ephemera.
Once again, Blake has chosen Elvis Presley as his royal subject in K for King, which features a collage of images of the icon, spanning his career.
From a limited edition of 95, the print is signed by the artist.
