Ape Shall Never Kill Ape was created by RYCA especially for his 2023 solo show at Enter Gallery, Words Are Weapons.

In the typographic show, RYCA pays homage to quotes from TV, film and music that are so iconic, they have the capacity to provoke emotion in us all. This show marks 15 years since RYCA first immortalised lyrics in his art.

Here, RYCA depicts this line from Planet of the Apes in his signature sign-writing style. 

This hand-finished original artwork is created with enamel paint on MDF board and comes in a bespoke frame. The piece is signed and numbered by RYCA.
