Seberg s Homecoming Parade II is an open edition pigment prints on Baryta paper by photographer Michael Ochs.
Majorettes leading a parade celebrating the return of American actress Jean Seberg (1938 – 1979) to her home town of Marshalltown, Iowa, 26th March 1957. Seberg has just returned to the USA after shooting her debut film, Saint Joan , in the UK. She was chosen from eighteen thousand applicants in a nationwide talent search by director Otto Preminger.
The images in the Michael Ochs collection have slightly different sizes, this is quite common for photography that was shot in analogue as opposed to digital.Â
The print dimensions provided refer to the paper size, including the white border, and not to the printed area.
