Craig Keenan is a London-based multi-disciplinary printmaker who specialises in Cyanotyping. This historic chemical process is what gives Keenan’s artworks their distinctive deep blue colour. Inspired by the natural world, Keenan creates haunting fantasy worlds, poetic in their simplicity. 

In this piece, Keenan suspends a plastic bag in deep blue waters. By adding eyes, the image transforms into something amusing yet sobering, as we consider how long after our deaths these plastic bag ‘ghosts’ will haunt our oceans.
