Lamp and Lung Kuan Ware is from a series of eight silkscreen prints by Patrick Caulfield.
The artwork hails from Caulfield s White Ware series, in which he portrays a single white ceramic pot represented against a dark background, illuminated with shafts of light. This series was inspired by V&A Museum catalogues featuring their collection of oriental ceramics.
From a limited edition of 45, the piece is signed and numbered by the artist.
