Whaam! is an original piece by London-based duo, Miss Bugs – one of the most exciting mixed media artist-collectives working in the UK right now.

The artwork was created for their first solo show back in 2008, and is a prime example of their signature style. Namely, ‘mash ups’ of well-known pieces of art, transformed in their own dark and distinctive style.

This is Miss Bugs’ interpretation of Roy Lichtenstein’s iconic artwork of the same name. It depicts Miss Universe wearing a gown fashioned from fighter jets, proudly sporting her crown and sash as the world explodes around her.

This is an original piece, signed by the artists and it comes framed in a deep white tray frame.
