Contemporary British artist, Paul Morrison is lauded for his botanical landscapes that play with scale and juxtaposition to invent surreal-yet-familiar worlds. Whether working with paint, sculpture or film, Morrison creates his scenes from found imagery sourced everywhere from textbooks, to Disney cartoons.

For Die Nacht (The Night), Morrison has tweaked the size of his flowers to lend them a monstrous air. Set against a twinkling sky, the piece is at once both magical, and unsettling, provoking the question, what kind of creatures might be lurking out of sight?

From a limited edition of 100, the silkscreen print is signed and numbered by the artist. It also comes framed in a 25mm black box frame.
