Contemporary artist, Mark Powell creates intricate hand-drawn portraits on found antique documentation using just a standard Bic Biro.

In this piece, Powell depicts legendary gonzo journalist, Hunter S. Thompson, overlaid on the pages of his seminal novel, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.

Fear and Loathing is a seven-colour silkscreen print, utilising a special custom ink to replicate the same glossy finish as the biro. From a limited edition of 25, the piece is signed and numbered by the artist.
