Patchwork Heart is a piece from Brazilian artist, Waleska Nomura’s ongoing Spread the Love project, which she started back in 2004, and is still going strong.Â
As the name suggests, the idea behind the collection is to spread love and positive energy via a variety of different artistic mediums and techniques, which so far have included murals, installations, short films and public interventions.
In a world which could definitely use a little more love and compassion, Patchwork Heart is a lovely piece reminding us to be tender with our hearts and those of others.
This giclée print is from a limited edition of 30, signed by the artist. It is hand-finished with silkscreen glazes, gold and silver leafing and 3D fluffy clouds.
